Nikhil brings more than 16 years of experience in the LCL industry and over 25 years in private equity. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through transformational change, strengthened operational performance, and driven sustainable growth.
Having previously served on Vanguard Logistics’ Board of Directors, Nikhil brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations, strategic direction, and customer needs. As CEO, he will lead the organization into its next phase of growth while continuing to build on Vanguard’s core strategic priorities.
