Onno Meij has been in the industry since 1992 and has worked at various global leading logistics firms including CEVA, TNT and most recently DB Schenker. He holds a business administration degree from Rijks Universiteit Groningen, a master of transport and logistics services from Katholieke Universiteit Brabant and various leadership programmes degrees from INSEAD. Onno has served on Vanguard’s board for over 5 years and is closely aware of the firm, its industry, and its employees. He has supported and been a part of various board-led initiatives and has a very good understanding of the shareholder’s vision.
